Gould Southern’s continuous pursuit of quality has resulted in various industry certifications and qualifications, including ISO-9001:2015, AS9120:B, and AS9100:D.

The AS9120:B and AS9100:D certifications send a clear message to our clients that we have aligned our company to the best quality assurance practices of the Aerospace industry. As an organization with clients around the world, Gould Southern has long maintained a global perspective, and the company’s certifications further elevates our quality management system to the global standard adopted by the Aerospace industry (IAQG).

Registered as a small business with CCR, Gould Southern adheres to six-sigma and lean principles. For DOD E-Mall, DLA, and GSA, we are highly sought for our expertise as a traditional MRO distributor, custom tool kit provider for FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control, and safety solutions.

Gould Southern offers our federal customers over 250,000 industrial grade quality products. On government contracts, we maintain distributor agreements with the major manufacturers, who recognize the value of providing quality products to our government end users.

Quality Policy

The quality policy of Gould Southern is to provide our customers with quality products and distribution services which meet or exceed all customer specifications and regulatory requirements. We establish and regularly review quality objectives for our organization and the suitability and appropriateness of our policy. We are committed to continual improvement of the effectiveness of our quality management system and clearly communicate our quality policy to our organization. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction through quality performance and on time deliveries while enhancing our company growth and profitability.

The General Manager of Gould Southern has formulated the quality policy. The policy is explained and discussed at the general orientation training given to all new employees and has been reviewed with all current employees. All employees are expected to know what the quality policy means to them as it affects their job or position within the company. The policy is posted in prominent locations throughout the facility.
